Partner FAQ

Do physicians need to be in a specific state?
No — any physician with an active, unrestricted US medical license is welcome. Physicians licensed in multiple states can review patients from all those states. We particularly need physicians licensed in high-volume states: TX, CA, FL, NY, and GA.
Is ProviaRx my employer if I join as a physician?
No. All physicians in our network are independent contractors, not employees of ProviaRx or Saha Services LLC. You maintain complete clinical independence and make all prescribing decisions entirely on your own judgment.
What malpractice coverage do I need?
You must carry your own active professional malpractice/liability insurance. Telehealth-specific coverage is strongly preferred. ProviaRx does not provide malpractice coverage for network physicians.
How are pharmacies compensated / what are payment terms?
Pricing is negotiated per partnership agreement based on volume and medication mix. Payment terms are net 15 from invoice date, processed via ACH. We are committed to fast, reliable payment — pharmacies should never be chasing invoices.
How are prescriptions transmitted to the pharmacy?
We are currently building our prescription transmission system. Initially prescriptions will be transmitted via secure fax or our HIPAA-compliant secure messaging system. We are developing API-based integration for high-volume partners.
What intake information do physicians receive?
Physicians receive the patient's complete 7-step assessment including: full medical history across 4 question groups (46 conditions), current medications, drug allergies, BMI, activity level, GLP-1 history, blood pressure, heart rate, symptoms, personal goals, and consent acknowledgments.
Can a pharmacy partner with ProviaRx exclusively?
We are open to preferred partnership arrangements for pharmacies who can commit to volume and quality SLAs. Exclusivity terms can be discussed during partnership negotiations. Contact us to discuss.
